• Loyalty activity — which business cards you activate and the stamps or points you accumulate.
• Device information — device type and OS version, used to deliver passes to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
• Usage data — in-app actions and session data used to improve the service.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To create and maintain your Cardly account.
• To issue and update loyalty passes in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.
• To show your loyalty status to participating businesses when you present your pass.
• To send service-related notifications (e.g. new rewards, account updates).
• To improve and debug the platform.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in these cases:

• With businesses on the platform — when you activate a card or redeem a reward, that business can see your loyalty activity for their program only.
• With Apple / Google — to deliver your digital pass. Governed by their respective privacy policies.
• As required by law — if legally obligated by applicable Russian Federation law or court order.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on servers within the Russian Federation. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we remove your account and all associated data within 48 hours.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and data.
• Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent).
