1. About Cardly

Cardly is a loyalty platform that lets users collect and manage loyalty cards from participating businesses in one place. By using Cardly, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to create a Cardly account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your credentials secure and do not share access with others.

You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@cardlyapp.ru.

4. Loyalty Cards & Rewards

Loyalty programs, rewards, stamp rules, and expiry dates are set entirely by the participating business — not by Cardly. Cardly is not responsible for a business's failure to honour rewards or for changes a business makes to its program.

Stamps and rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to manipulate stamp or reward counts by fraudulent means.
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its servers.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and software that make up the Cardly platform are owned by Cardly or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Cardly is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any loss of rewards or data resulting from technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cardly's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Cardly in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for free users, is zero).

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Russian Federation.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of Cardly after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
